K Sutharsanan B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering), MBA is an Achology Certified "LIFE COACHING PRACTITIONER" who has been Personally coaching and independently guiding individuals which include High profile Prospects. After working in ITES & Appliances sector, decided to quit and become a full-time Life coach & Soft skill Facilitator since April 2017. He is also a Certified Soft skills Trainer who has been given training to several college's, industries and Corporate's. He also holds a Certification in “Business English Training” from BRITISH COUNCIL which ensured him to embark "SCINTILLA".

A L Xavier M.Sc. (Chemistry) B.Ed. B.Ph has mentored over 5000+ students in his teaching career for twenty long years of which 17 years in Don Bosco institution both in Assam and Tirupattur (Tamil Nadu). He has coached several graduates, professionals, teachers etc. in enhancing confidence, agility and clarity towards their life and career path. He has been delivering Proficient Speeches and highly influential motivation talks since 2002. He is an active Vipassana practitioner (an art of living for which undertakes universal remedy for universal illness). His passion towards molding younger generations, has forced him to leave his teaching job and take up the role of a Full-time Life skill Trainer under the Banner “Scintilla”.
